Registered Office in Bratislava
Slovak legislation requires that all Slovak companies have their registered office in Slovakia. Registered office must allow for efficient receiving of mail delivered to the company. The law does not allow to use a P.O.BOX as registered office, a real address is required.
All commercial documents, all official written communications and also the company's website are required to include registered office address.

The service can be set up immediately after placing an order. Registered office change in business ragister takes in most cases 7 working days (sometimes less).
